In 2001, Joshua launched an educational therapy staffing company (Therapy Source, Inc.), which currently conducts business in 43 States and has over 2,500 therapists nationwide. Joshua is recognized as an INC 5000 CEO 9 times on this prestigious business magazine list.
Since then, his targeted leadership, marketing insight and operational expertise have led this company toward rapid growth to $30M and ranked in national and regional publications such as Inc. Magazine, Philadelphia Top 100, and Staffing Industry Analysts. In addition, Joshua was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s list of “Top Entrepreneurs” in 2018.
Joshua’s most recent venture, Calyx Staffing, Inc., opened its’ doors in 2018 and is a nationwide staffing solutions provider for the cannabis and hemp industry focusing on the exploding US marketplace. Calyx Staffing staffs growing companies with associate managers to C-Level executives.
Joshua received his BA in Marketing from Hofstra University and an MBA from Drexel University, where he earned a dual degree in International Business and Management Information Systems.
