Shellise Rogers, MBA (Sistah Rogers) is a public speaker and human rights activist at the intersection of cannabis, sustainability, and mental health, pursuing a future grounded in innovative, comprehensive, and sustainable socio-economic agendas.
As a collaborator with drivers of policy, technology, innovation, and ingenuity, she co-develops systems, initiatives, and processes that foster creative solutions inclusive of various sectors, communities, and ideas. Ms. Rogers’ unique skill set comprises over ten years of experience in corporate finance, financial accounting, and strategic planning experience, coupled with exposure to public policy, marketing, and community engagement procedures.
Her solution design business, Sistah Rogers, LLC, collaborates with business owners to identify and develop action + growth-oriented strategies and planning processes rooted in innovation and sustainability. By encouraging a strong business unit, economic growth, and defining necessary benchmarks for success, clients experience performance improvement in products, services, processes, and business models.
