Travis Schwartz is the CEO & co-founder of Grow Glide. Travis owns three businesses and recently sold his Amazon-adjacent venture. In 2021, Travis led Grow Glide to a 20x revenue year, smashing expectations. Additionally, the company increased its headcount 533%. He credits his scaling success to his firm business beliefs:

Darin Siples, President, Co-Founder, GrowGlide

A 15 year career as a cannabis cultivator gave Darin the credibility and confidence to launch a grower-first company laser focused on solving problems actual growers face in the field. Knowing that the multi-tier solutions in the market were lacking, Darin decided to put growers first and design his own systems and solutions.

In 2021, Darin led the design of two new key cultivation products: AirGlide - providing best-in-class airflow solutions for cultivations and the Grow Decks - finally providing cultivators with a safe and secure solution for workflow in a multi-tier environment.
