Michael Waldman has successfully been in the real estate finance and investment industry for 30 years. His expertise in structuring financial instruments, arranging syndications and consulting his close clients is extensive.
He and his team of partners and co-investors entered the cannabis industry in 2015 with Waldman acting as the managing member for his cannabis investment firm, called Goldstalk.
Goldstalk was arranged specifically to take advantage of its own special skills and experience in the new and fast moving industry and to contribute its expertise to cannabis founders searching for advice and capital to grow their enterprises.
