Franny Tacy, Owner, Executive, Visionary, Franny's Farm
Franny is an inspiring farmer that rocks the hemp scene across the country. She is the first female farmer in North Carolina to plant hemp and has entered the hemp scene with a force behind education and collaborations, She is a founding member of Women in Hemp non-profit, been keynote speaker and presenter across the country.
Franny has degrees and work experience in Forestry and Education and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. She has been in Asheville since 1999 and bought land, now called Franny's Farm in 2012 which is the heart and soul of the brand and serves as an agritourism hub welcoming visitors from all over the world to stay over in one of their many lodging options, celebrate a farm
wedding and do yoga with goats.
